All Drop Ship orders are fulfilled in-house by our distribution centre, managed by a highly experienced team. Shipping up to 11,000 orders per day at peak, we provide best-in-class service concerning accuracy and on-time delivery, and we are also able to offer customer service support, providing a comprehensive solution to our retail partners offering both standard and next day delivery.

We have recently expanded our B2C capacity to enable the growth of our drop-ship service and now provide core gifting ranges through this model to four of the top ten UK retail websites.
