As a responsible supplier we are committed to help make our world a better place and recycling is at the core of our proposition. Our goal is to be carbon neutral by 2030 and we are working hard to deliver this ambitious target. We will keep you, our customers and our colleagues updated on our progress.

Steps we have taken so far are the removal of all plastic clam-pack packaging on our own brand products effective from 2021. We are also removing polystyrene on all products except glassware and investigating viable plant-based alternatives with the aim of implementing this by 2022.

With respect to returned items we are working with a refurbishment partner to enable us to repair and renovate items which we then re-sell, clearly marked, which avoids unnecessary disposal. Items which need to be disposed of are broken down and recycled as much as possible. All paper and cardboard based office and packaging waste is fully recycled.
